With 26 years of experience in the Telco Industry, he has held various positions including Chief Marketing Officer for DT key account department, Chief Technology Officer for network solutions, and Chief Strategy Officer for Huawei carrier business. He possesses extensive knowledge and experience in strategic planning, solution planning, and marketing planning.

Since May 2023, he has been serving as the Vice President of Huawei Carrier Business, responsible for building business solutions for EM market, assisting Telco-operators in discovering market opportunities, developing business solutions targate to specific scenarios, and achieving commercial monetization.

He had served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Huawei carrier business. As the strategy planning owner for the carrier business, he was responsible for formulating and driving the execution of medium- and long-term business development strategies, identifying market opportunities.
