After studying at HEC Montréal (Canada) and Université Dauphine (France), Sophie TCHATCHOUA began her career at L'Oréal and Dior in France and in the UK.
In 2011, she joined the Canal+ Group in France, where she rose through the ranks thanks to her determination, the quality of her work and results, and her management style that always strives for excellence.
She held the positions of Subscriber Marketing Manager for Africa, Director of Sales, Marketing and Communications in Cameroon, Director of the DTT Business Unit in Africa before settling in the Great Lakes region at the end of 2020. In less than 3 years, she has succeeded in establishing Canal+ in Rwanda as the country's leading pay-TV operator. She is pursuing the Group's strategic plan in the Great Lakes region.
She is also in charge of Burundi and Djibouti
She is married with 3 children.
