Kitso Lemo is a member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice and leads Africa Payments & FinTech at Boston Consulting Group

Kitso has extensive on the ground experience in several African and global markets, for clients in telecommunications, technology, FinTech and mobile financial services. His key projects include digital and data strategy across core operations, adjacency strategy and scale-up, and supporting private equity transactions in the FinTech space.

Kitso is also a member of Botswana's National Planning Commission. He has BA Economics from from Harvard University and an MBA (Finance) from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management
