Speaker Bio
Celestin Nkeramihigo serves as Dean of Faculty and Director of Learning & Design at Kepler College, overseeing academic strategy, program quality, and student learning services. A practicing project manager (PMP®) and PMI-authorized PMP® instructor, he has led portfolios spanning competency-based program rollouts, digital learning platforms, and industry-linked applied projects. A PhD candidate in Business Innovation, Celestin’s research centers on rigorous, evidence-based ed-tech practices and the practical aspects of project management—translating innovations into measurable gains in teaching, assessment, and student success. Over 11 years in higher education, he has strengthened faculty capability and aligned programs to Rwanda’s and global standards. Recognized by the Project Management Institute among its global 50 rising project leaders, he is also a public speaker on ed-tech and competency-based education. He holds an MBA in Project Management and a BA in Communication (Business Concentration) from Southern New Hampshire University.
