This is a closed door session following on from the launch of The Business Imperative for Digital Inclusion: Reporting and Engagement Guide. This masterclass will look at ‘Unlocking business value through strategic digital inclusion’ and ‘Telling your digital inclusion story: from data to compelling narratives’.
This session reframes Digital Inclusion as core to business strategy expanding customer base, driving ARPU growth, strengthening partnerships, and improving infrastructure ROI. It connects digital inclusion to business sustainability opportunities. It will also bridge the gap by helping participants craft compelling, data-driven stories tailored to different stakeholders.
