Riches Attai Inyene is the Chief Executive Officer of Winich Farms, where he leverages technology to connect farmers to fair markets and financial inclusion opportunities. Under his leadership, Winich has grown from an idea to a revenue-generating business, scaling from a team of 3 to over 30 and now servicing over 280,000 rural smallholder farmers across Nigeria.
Riches has been widely recognized for his innovation and impact in agriculture, including being nominated to the Forbes 30 Under 30 (2022), a Global Startup Awards (2024) honoree, an Africa Business Heroes (2023) Top 20, and a aYuTe Agtech (2025) awardee. Earlier recognitions include being one of Nigeria’s top 20 startup innovators (Orange Corners, 2020), and among the FMO–Endeavor Top 14 Agtech Startups in Africa (2022).
