Speaker Bio
Jean Pascal Mvondo works at the intersection of public, private sector and global donor dialogues. He shaped national and regional agendas and led public sector reforms advancing digital economy and inclusive growth in more than 14 countries impacting 20 economic sectors.
He is the author of 10+ flagship international reports on making digital payments work for the Sustainable Development Goals with the World Bank, GAVI and other UN agencies. His work has been featured in Jeune Afrique, L’Express, World Economic Forum, UN and World Bank platforms.
He is currently the Regional Lead for francophone Africa at the “Better Than Cash Alliance” ( a global initiative in the United Nations Development Programme focus on digital payments and the SDGs). Prior to that, he served as Strategy Advisor to more than 10 Ministers (Finance, Digital Economy, Tech development) across Africa.
