Kemi Okusanya, CEO of Hydrogen Payment Services Company Limited, is a distinguished leader in the financial services industry, renowned for her strategic vision and exceptional achievements.
Under her leadership, Hydrogen launched eight innovative products, onboarded over 20,000
merchants, and processed transactions exceeding 42 trillion Naira in two years of business
operations.
At Visa, Kemi served as Vice President and General Manager for West Africa, where she
expanded Visa's presence and established key fintech partnerships with companies like
Flutterwave, Konga, and Paystack. She also facilitated the launch and growth of Visa on mobile
in Ghana and Nigeria. In her role as Head of Anglophone Africa at MoneyGram International, Kemi oversaw operations across 23 countries, driving growth and efficiency. Her decade-long tenure at Zenith Bank highlighted her expertise in sales & marketing strategy, strategic partnerships, and branchoperations.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Kemi is dedicated to community development and
empowerment. She supports a faith-based charity in Lagos, impacting underprivileged children
through education and skill development, and mentors young adults to help them achieve their
potential.
