Ashley Olson Onyango is the Head of Financial Inclusion & Agritech at the GSMA, where she leads efforts to drive innovation and collaboration in financial services and agricultural technology across emerging markets. With a strong focus on bridging the digital divide, Ashley works to empower underserved populations by fostering inclusive solutions that leverage mobile technology to improve financial access and health, strengthen global food systems and enhance resilience in rural and agricultural communities. Prior to joining the GSMA, Ashley held various leadership roles where she worked closely with public and private stakeholders across to advance inclusive growth and development. Her expertise spans across financial services, digital innovation, rural development, food systems strengthening and policy advocacy.
