Chido Dzinotyiwei is a tech entrepreneur and thought leader shaping the future of AI and business expansion in Africa. She is the Founder & CEO of Vambo AI, a pioneering multilingual generative AI company supporting 44 African languages and 20 global languages, making advanced AI accessible to diverse communities, enterprises and governments.
Her leadership has earned Vambo AI global recognition, including selection in Slator’s Top 50 Language AI Startups, the prestigious Aanit Prize for Social Impact, and the Llama Impact Grant by Meta. She also serves on the G20 Startup20 Trade & Market Access Taskforce, where she contributes to shaping global policy on innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital inclusion.
With a strong academic foundation in Economics and Development Finance from the University of Cape Town, Chido combines strategic insight with technical vision to build transformative products and platforms. Her mission is to ensure Africa’s voices, languages, and innovations are not just included but centered in the global AI landscape.
