With more than 20 years of consulting experience across Africa, Lohini plays a key role in expanding the firm's presence on the continent. She leverages her deep expertise in telecommunications to lead impactful, large-scale transformations.
Passionate about tackling challenges like digital literacy and affordable access to technology, she focuses on advancing communications and digital solutions that connect people, particularly in underserved areas, while fostering innovation in the industry.
Her experience spans diverse sectors, from IT modernization and growth strategies for major telecom operators in South Africa to projects in mining, power, transport, and logistics.
Lohini holds a master’s degree in mathematics from the University of South Africa. Her career extends beyond business achievements, driven by her dedication to fostering positive change through diversity and inclusion. She has played a key leadership role in organizational efforts across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, while also contributing through pro bono efforts. As a published author, her thought leadership has been recognized, particularly for her notable article on the economic benefits of achieving gender parity in Africa.
In her personal time, Lohini finds inspiration in nature and enjoys creative pursuits like printmaking, ceramics, and watercolors. She lives in Johannesburg with her cat, Max.
