Bocar BA is a Commissioner at the UN Broadband Commission, Chair of ITU’s Industry Advisory Group on Development Issues (IAGDI), and CEO of SAMENA Telecommunications Council. A leading voice in sustainable digital transformation and cross-sector collaboration, he drives policy innovation and investment strategies across the ICT and space sectors in the South Asia, Middle East, and Africa regions.
With active roles on the ITU Digital Innovation Board and the Global Cybersecurity Forum, BA advises governments and institutions on next-generation connectivity, digital inclusion, and resilient infrastructure financing.
