Founder & CEO, Future of Education & Work in Africa (FEWA)


Titus Ngatia is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Future of Education & Work in Africa (FEWA)— a continental initiative advancing AI-driven innovation in education, skills, and workforce transformation. A strategist, convener, and policy thinker, Titus champions Africa’s readiness for the AI age through FEWA’s three-horizon model: innovation in learning, governance of emerging technologies, and the future of work.


He served on Kenya’s Bilateral Task Force for the 21st Commonwealth Conference of Education Ministers, and has previously served on the National Steering Committee on Curriculum Reforms and the Academic Board of the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development.


Under his leadership, FEWA has received special accreditation to the United Nations Summit of the Future (New York), the 4th International Conference on Finance for Development (Seville, Spain), and was featured in the AU-EU Innovation Fair (Cape Town). Titus also spoke at the UNESCO International Forum of Chairs and Partners convened by the African Union Commission.


At the FEWA AI Summit Kigali, Titus will share insights on Africa’s strategic leap toward AI-enabled learning ecosystems and the human-centred future of work.
