Speaker Bio

Larissa Diane Keza is a communications and innovation professional passionate about the intersection of education, technology, and youth empowerment. She currently serves as a Special Advisor in the office of Minister of Education in Rwanda, where she supports initiatives advancing digital transformation, foundational learning, and education reform.


Before joining the public sector, Larissa worked in the private sector as an AI Intermediate Data Trainer at Invisible Technologies, where she contributed to training artificial intelligence systems through prompt engineering and quality assurance , strengthening her belief that AI, when used ethically, can drive meaningful social impact.


Her experience spans both education policy and creative innovation, having also served as a Social Media Specialist at the Bank of Kigali, leading digital campaigns on inclusion, access, and innovation in financial services. Larissa brings a cross-sectoral lens to the future of work, blending strategy, storytelling, and systems thinking to reimagine how technology and human potential can grow together.


She is deeply passionate about Africa’s readiness for the AI age, championing youth, women, and educators to see technology not as competition, but as collaboration toward a smarter, more inclusive future.
