Jean Paul Mbabazi is the Director of Registration, Digital Learning, and Innovation at Kepler College, Rwanda. With over ten years of leadership experience in higher education, he has spearheaded large-scale digital transformation initiatives across multiple universities. He has led the design and development of advanced information processing systems for three higher learning institutions and championed the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance academic operations, data management, and learning experiences.

His expertise spans information technology, project management, and business intelligence. He holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and has consistently applied his technical and strategic skills to improve institutional efficiency and student outcomes. Driven by a strong professional mission, he is committed to leveraging technology and data to transform education systems, foster innovation, and promote equitable learning opportunities in Rwanda and beyond.
