Johanna Sandberg is the Executive Director of the European Business Chamber of Rwanda (EBCR) and the founder and owner of Sandberg Ltd, a Kigali-based recruitment and HR consulting firm established in 2018. With a strong background in international business and talent development, Johanna is dedicated to fostering connections between Rwanda and Europe, promoting sustainable investment, and supporting the growth of local and international enterprises.
