Mariama Diallo

Speaker Bio

Mariama Diallo is the cofounder and CEO of AethexAI, a company building end-to-end voice AI infrastructure for emerging markets. Mariama co-founded AethexAI to address a critical gap in voice AI systems that weren’t built for the linguistic diversity, infrastructure constraints, and cost realities of emerging markets. In her role as CEO, she’s focused on expanding the company’s enterprise footprint across banking, telecom, and customer experience in Africa and the Middle
East, and positioning AethexAI as foundational infrastructure for the next generation of AI-driven communication.

Previously, Mariama worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Centerview Partners, where she advised on complex M&A transactions. She later transitioned in technology, becoming the first go-to-market hire at Model ML (YC-Backed), contributing to early commercial growth and enterprise adoption. Mariama holds an MBA from The Wharton School and International Business Masters from the Lauder Institute of the University of Pennsylvania.
