Carol is the Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships & Market Engagement for the GSMA Mobile for Humanitarian Innovation Programme. She is a humanitarian and digital development expert with extensive experience working at the intersection of mobile technology, digital and financial inclusion, and crisis response across Africa.

She has partnered with governments, mobile network operators, and global organizations to design and scale digital solutions for vulnerable communities, with a strong focus on women, refugees, and displaced populations.

Carol is passionate about leveraging technology to deliver dignified, inclusive humanitarian assistance at scale.
