Jean Bosco Nkusi leads Business Development for MoMoSe at FraudBuster, where he works with mobile operators across Africa to secure the digital payments and commerce ecosystems that the continent’s next wave of fintech depends on.

His perspective is shaped by more than 15 years of experience building mobile money across Rwanda, Congo-Brazzaville and the wider West and Central Africa region. As CEO of MTN Mobile Money Congo, he grew the platform to 2.6 million users and over €40 million in annual revenue, and secured the first PSP license in the CEMAC region, helping pioneer regulated mobile financial services in Central Africa. He was awarded the Knight of the Congolese Order of Merit for his contribution to financial inclusion.

Today, he works at the intersection of payments innovation, digital trust and cybersecurity, convinced that as African commerce goes digital, trust is the infrastructure that lets it scale.
