In addition to leading KPN’s roaming partnerships across Africa, he manages strategic relationships with major mobile operator groups and industry partners across Europe and other international markets.

With over a decade of experience in telecommunications, commercial management, business development, and strategic negotiations, Jeffrey has built a strong track record in developing international partnerships and delivering commercial growth. His expertise spans international roaming, wholesale telecommunications, strategic partnerships, and emerging technologies, including non-terrestrial network (NTN) initiatives.
