Faeza Asad Khan is a dynamic and accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience driving strategic change and delivering innovative solutions across the corporate, government, and nonprofit sectors.

Holding a Master’s degree in Intelligent Systems from University College London (UCL) and having passed the Chartered Accountancy exams with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS), Faeza combines deep technical expertise with a strong financial acumen.

Faeza began her career in 2004 at PwC London, where she initially joined the Financial Service Assurance team. Her career rapidly advanced as she contributed to the Corporate Finance Infrastructure, Government, and Utilities division, gaining invaluable experience in diverse sectors.

As Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer at Abacus, Faeza is a key driver of the organization’s long-term vision and strategic direction, with a focus on Innovation, AI, and Big Data. She collaborates with industry leaders to harness cutting-edge technologies, enhancing operational efficiency and delivering impactful business outcomes.

Throughout her career, Faeza has successfully led and delivered large-scale, complex projects. Notably, at the British Council, she played a pivotal role in the implementation of SAP across 17 countries, transforming internal reporting frameworks and optimizing organizational efficiency through digital technology.

Faeza’s expertise also includes managing high-profile strategic initiatives for global companies and international development programs. She was instrumental in shaping the commercial strategy for a £180 million flagship FCDO programme, where she led donor negotiations across 21 countries and implemented digital financial and data solutions to streamline operations.

Her extensive experience across East and Southern Africa has seen her lead transformative initiatives for major telecom companies. Driven by a commitment to sustainable development, Faeza is passionate about exploring how technology can support global climate action and advance sustainability goals.
