Isaiah Bendi is an impact-driven technology leader and telecommunications executive with over a decade of experience building digital infrastructure and proprietary technology platforms across Africa's mobile ecosystem. As Group CEO of FBIS Group — the holding company behind FBIS Technologies Ltd, Rodiall Technologies Ltd, and TreeKlup Africa Ltd — he has led the development of proprietary SaaS and embedded technology solutions powering digital distribution, smartphone affordability, device financing, and AI-driven commerce across the continent. He played a leading role in supporting the digitisation of airtime and data distribution for MTN Nigeria (the largest & leading MNO in Africa) and has worked closely with multinational operators, banks, fintechs, and OEMs — including MTN, Orange, Zenith Bank, Access Bank, and Moniepoint — to expand access to connectivity and digital services across Africa.

Driven by a mission to connect Africa and equip young Africans to compete globally, Isaiah is pioneering the Smartphone as Infrastructure (SaaI) model — a self-sustaining affordability framework powered by Rodiall's proprietary SaaS platform that embeds financing and digital monetisation directly into the smartphone ecosystem without financing and subsidy. Through this vision, he is advancing a Vision 2030 agenda targeting 300 million smartphones in active circulation across Africa, supported by FBIS’ Made-in-Africa smartphone manufacturing facility within the Lagos Free Trade Zone with a projected capacity of up to 500,000 devices per month. Isaiah believes the smartphone is more than a device — it is the gateway to education, economic inclusion, digital health and identity, and global participation for the next generation of Africans.
