Kanwulia Okafor is the Director of Industry Services – Africa at the GSMA, where she leads initiatives to accelerate digital transformation, drive cross-border collaboration, and commercialise mobile-enabled solutions across key sectors. With deep expertise in fintech, aerospace, telecoms, and ecosystem growth, she works with policymakers, mobile operators, and industry leaders to advance interoperability and emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, etc. Kanwulia holds an MBA from Bristol Business School and is a certified PMP.
