Engr. Abraham Oshadami is a distinguished telecommunications engineer and regulatory expert who currently serves as the Executive Commissioner for Technical Services at the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), and as a Board member of the NCC as well as the Nigeria Universal Service Provision Fund (USPF). Oshadami brings decades of specialized expertise in telecommunications regulation, spectrum management, and emerging technologies to his role.


Throughout his career, Oshadami has established himself as a leading voice in international telecommunications governance and African telecommunications policy. He serves as Chairman of the African Telecommunications Union (ATU) Emerging Technologies Working Group and led the Nigerian delegation to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) World Radiocommunications Conference 2023 (WRC-23). His international responsibilities extend to his roles as Vice Chairman of the ITU Radio Communications Advisory Group (2023-2027) and his previous tenure as Vice Chairman of ITU Study Group 1 on Spectrum Management (2015-2019). Oshadami is a Fellow of both the West African Society for Communications and Administration (WASCA) and the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategy Management, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence and continuous advancement in the telecommunications sector.
