Speaker Bio

Chimezie Emewulu is the Co-Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of Seamfix Limited, where he has played a defining role in shaping one of Nigeria’s most successful technology companies into a global identity powerhouse. His expertise spans business planning, strategy, sales and business development, coupled with a deep understanding of the technology ecosystem and its evolving dynamics.

Chimezie holds a B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is also an alumnus of the Stanford Seed Transformation Program (2020) and Henley Business School, experiences that have significantly influenced his leadership philosophy and business acumen.

From an initial seed investment of just $500, Chimezie has led Seamfix to achieve nine-figure revenues, serving governments, enterprises and service providers across multiple continents. Under his leadership, Seamfix has expanded its presence to Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, the USA, the UAE, South Africa, and the UK, with solutions deployed to over 250 million people worldwide. Its proprietary platforms bridge critical gaps in digital ID ecosystems, delivering trusted enrollment, verification, and access management at national and enterprise scale.

Among Seamfix’s flagship innovations are Fixiam, a biometric Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform tailored for telco agent operations, and BioSmart X, an advanced biometric enrollment and verification solution built specifically for telecom operators. These products reflect Chimezie’s belief that identity is a right for all, not a privilege for some, and his vision to enable trust in the way people work, live, and learn.

Beyond his role at Seamfix, Chimezie is an official member of the Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC), a global community of founders who have scaled businesses beyond $1 million in revenue. When he is not driving innovation, he enjoys dancing and cooking for his family.
