Ms. Soline Dusabeyesu Mugeni is a dedicated professional in global health, boasting over 15 years of experience collaborating with international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and governmental bodies within the health sector. Currently, she holds the position of Associate Program Director of Health System Strengthening at the Clinton Health Access Initiative - Rwanda, an organisation she joined in 2009. Most recently, she served the role of Sr. Regional Manager within the CHAI Global Vaccines Delivery team. Mrs Mugeni held several managerial positions during her tenures at CHAI Rwanda leading key programs that have contributed to improving and achieving health sector milestones in areas such as infectious disease, community health, health financing, heath workforce development and digital health innovation.
Before her tenure at CHAI, Ms. Mugeni contributed her expertise at the National Institute of Public Health in Quebec, Canada, where she managed research initiatives and innovative projects aligned with the World Health Organization's mission to promote health and equity in local policies. Ms. Mugeni earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and a Master of Science in Community Health from the University Laval, Canada.
