Yannick Ntirushwa is a strategic leader with more than a decade of experience at the intersection of digital innovation, business development, and community impact. As Country Director for Viamo Rwanda, he leads national partnerships that leverage mobile technology to advance Rwanda’s digital transformation agenda, connecting government institutions, development partners, and hard-to-reach communities through data-driven, user-centered solutions in health, education, agriculture, and livelihoods.

A seasoned advocate and policy engagement professional, Yannick has built and sustained high-level relationships across government ministries, multilateral institutions, and the private sector. As Executive
Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Rwanda, he led bilateral trade and investment initiatives between Rwanda and the United States, represented Rwanda within an 18-country AmCham Africa network, and championed policy platforms on digital transformation, gender equity, and youth empowerment.

Yannick brings a strong belief that data and technology, when purposefully deployed, can drive both business growth and meaningful social outcomes. He works at the frontier of digital inclusion, ensuring that the communities most often left behind by technological progress are instead its greatest beneficiaries.
