Speaker Bio

Dumbari Life Zabbey is a Public Policy and Stakeholder Engagement Professional, a member of the UNICEF Generation Unlimited Young People Action Team, and a member of the Africa Taskforce for Child Online Protection.

He works at the intersection of public policy, youth engagement, digital inclusion, and social impact, using stakeholder engagement strategies to amplify youth voices and strengthen youth participation in development conversations across Nigeria.

Through his engagements, he has impacted over 5,000 young people by connecting them to opportunities, mentorship, and platforms for personal and professional growth. He has also supported youth-focused initiatives, advocacy campaigns, and multi-stakeholder engagements that promote inclusive decision-making, civic participation, and meaningful opportunities for young people.

Dumbari is passionate about advancing inclusive policy, safe digital spaces, child online protection, and youth-centered development across Africa.
