Mr. David Kanamugire is the Chief Executive Officer of Rwanda’s National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA). He has held various senior managerial and leadership positions in Rwanda’s technology sector. Mr. Kanamugire holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Telecommunications Technology.
